shipping and returns

Thanks for shopping at Little Fox Apothecary.

Shipping: 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days. 

Canada & USA: We offer flat rate shipping within Canada and the Untied States, and free shipping for qualifying orders. Once orders are fullfilled, a shipping notification with tracking information is sent by email.

Order are shipped within Canada using Canada Post. USA orders may use carriers such as; Fedex, USPS UPS. We do offer shipping to PO Boxes.

International: We ship worldwide and use various carriers that will offers the best rate at time of shipping. Shipping costs range from $25 - $55 plus. Once orders are fullfilled, a shipping notification with tracking information is sent by email.

If your package cannot be delivered due to customer error (address is incorrect, not picking up from delivery depot, missed delivery appts etc.) and is returned to us, we can; 1) reship your package at the cost of shipping, or 2) refund your order, minus the original shipping cost (applies to flat rate and free shipping also).

Local Pick up is offered only after you have received confirmation that your order is READY for pick up.

Local Delivery is offered for the White Rock/South Surrey Peninsula. This option will only be available at checkout if your delivery address is within the parameters (klm) set. Packages can only be left on a 'doorstep'. We cannot offer delivery to condos, apartments or secured, gated complexes. 

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@littlefoxapothecary.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • A photo(s) of any damage to the shipping box and/or the product
  • returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of product 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item within 24 hours. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) with the same 24 hours of receipt of item. 

You will receive the credit within 10-14 days, or depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
