Stones absorb energies from whom they've touched and forces and energies that have surrounded them. A stone can pass onto others any energy that it has stored within it (both positive and negative). Stones need to be cleansed of unwanted energies that they may have collected from people or from the environment.
You should cleanse your bracelet as soon as it is purchased (up to 48 hrs). Depending on how often it is worn (if worn daily it should be cleansed ever night), or if you feel it is drained, follow any of these methods below to cleanse and energize your stones. Also put your intentions into the stones!
There are many methods to cleanse gemstones and crystals. As these polished gemstones are jewellery and more fragile, I recommend only these methods:
Moonlight: Place your bracelet on a windowsill where it can absorb the moonlight overnight. If it is cloudy or the moon is only a partial moon, you can still do this, but the cleansing won't be as strong.
Plant/Nature: Place the stone in a flower pot with one of your plants. Plants purify the air; they can also purify stones, transmuting negative energy into positive energy. You can also place your bracelet in a cloth bag and bury it in the earth. (not potting soil).
Breath: hold the stone to your heart while inhaling. Then bring the stone to your mouth and exhale your breath onto it. Repeat several times, always keeping in mind your intention of cleansing the stone of all negative energies. Your breath (the Breath of Life), combined with your intention, is a powerful enough force to cleanse a stone of negative energy.

Care should be taken not too overstretch your bracelet. (don't play with it!). It should not be warn in the shower or swimming. Take bracelet off before applying body moisturizer, sun tan lotion or any other lotions or oils.
